Employees will be assembling 17,000 turkey hoagies at National Constitution Center from 5 a.m to 10 a.m. on Thursday, July 1. You can get your free hoagie during a block party at Independence Mall at 5th and 6th streets, beginning at noon. The first 5,000 sandwiches will be donated to Philabundance, and 2,000 will be given to the Police Athletic League of Philadelphia and the Veterans Multi-Service Center.
