Name Released Of 29-Year-Old Man Killed By Police In Central PA A convicted felon has died following an officer-involved shooting in Lewistown, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.  Ridge Ryen Rhodes, 29 of Lewistown, is accused of firing "several shots" when local police responded to the area of the 100 block of West Fourth Street and fired back around 8:30 p.m. on Monday, according to the PSP Troop G release.  Rhodes "succumbed to injuries" after being shot by police. The Mifflin County trooper was called to an inactive domestic incident at a home on King Street in Armagh Township on Sunday, Feb. 27 just before 8 a.m., the release shows.
