DUI Motorcyclist Speeding With Pitbull On Lap: PA State Police
A convicted felon was caught on drugs in his sock, speeding with a pitbull on his lap while riding a motorcycle, Pennsylvania State Police explained in a release on Monday, July 29.
Devin Yake, 28, of Conestoga, was stopped, along with his pitbull, in the 200 block of Willow Valley Drive in West Lampeter Township at 12:38 a.m. on June, 23, PSP Lancaster Trooper Wagner detailed in the release.
