One person is hurt after a stabbing at the 69th Street Transportation Center in Upper Darby, SEPTA Police told Daily Voice. The attack happened around 9:15 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 12 near the fare gates for the Market-Frankford Line, transit officials said. Victim Shot On SEPTA Train, Suspect In Custody: Philly Police
One man is in stable condition after being shot on a SEPTA train early Friday morning, according to authorities. The victim was on an eastbound train on the Market-Frankford Line at about 7:45 a.m. March 31 when when was shot once in the left arm, Philadelphia police told Daily Voice. He was rushed to Penn Presbyterian Hospital where his condition was stabilized, the department said. The victim was identified only as a 19-year-old man. Pedestrian Killed By Train In Philadelphia: SEPTA
A SEPTA train hit and killed a pedestrian in Philadelphia Wednesday, March 1, transportation authorities told Daily Voice. It happened at about 1:15 p.m., SEPTA said. A person on the tracks near 30th Street was struck by a Market-Frankford Line train, and was later pronounced dead at the scene, they added. SEPTA officials said Wednesday afternoon that the matter "appears to be a suicide."
