Woman Abducted In North Philadelphia: Police A woman was forced into a blue Honda Civic in Philadelphia in the early morning hours on Wednesday, April 10, according to city police.  Authorities said it happened at the corner of North Broad and West Girard Streets around 2:30 a.m. Surveillance cameras recorded the incident but the victim has not yet been identified. The suspect vehicle is described as a four-door, electric blue Civic, model year 2006 to 2010, with a broken driver-side brake light and tinted windows.
