Tiffany Nichols, of Kennett Square, was charged with felony child endangerment and failure to report child abuse, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office. DA: ChesCo Man Found Guilty Of Assault In Domestic Violence Incident Against Wife A 41-year-old Chester County man was found guilty of simple assault for physically assaulting his 35-year-old wife last year, authorities said. Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Pierce Lane in Kennett Township on April 24, 2020, found the woman, who said her husband, Brian Thuer, "strangled her, then pushed her to the ground during an argument," according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office. Rodrigo Guzman-Hernandez, 37, was a passenger in a vehicle that was stopped Monday on Baltimore Pike in New Garden around 8 p.m. for a moving violation, Southern Chester County Regional police said.
