Man In Wheelchair Badly Hurt In Hit-Run Crash In Philadelphia, Police Say A man in a wheelchair was badly hurt after being hit by a runaway driver early Friday, June 21, Philadelphia police say.  The victim was struck near Vine and Franklin streets minutes after midnight, authorities said in a release. The striking vehicle was westbound from the Vine Street bridge when it hit the victim in the middle of the roadway, according to investigators.  The victim was taken to Jefferson University Hospital in critical condition and no arrest had been made as of Friday afternoon, police said.  An investigation is ongoing. Details Released In Deadly Dump Truck Crash In North Jersey Town Authorities have released details in a dump truck crash on Route 31 in Clinton Township that left one person dead on Tuesday, June 18. A 66-year-old man was operating a dump truck that collided with a Toyota sedan driven by a 64-year-old woman around 2:20 p.m. in front of Riley and Jake's Restaurant, the Hunterdon County Prosecutor's Office said. Both vehicles were heading north. The Toyota then entered the southbound lane and collided with a Volkswagen, operated by a 17-year-old girl. Man ID'd After Fatal Fire In Pottstown: Coroner A 53-year-old man died after the early morning blaze in Pottstown on Thursday, May 30, according to officials.  Bradley Ludwig died from complications of thermal burns and smoke inhalation, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. The manner of death was ruled accidental.  Authorities have said the fire broke out on the fifth floor of the Robert P.
