2nd Tractor-Trailer Rollover In 2 Hours At Same Exit Closes I-81 In Central Pennsylvania Two tractor-trailers  rolled over at the same exit on Interstate 81 on Thursday, September, 1, according to Pennsylvania Department of Transportation. The first crash happened  in the southbound lanes between exit 14 and exit 10 in Franklin County around 8:30 a.m., according to PennDOT. This crash cleared at 10:20 a.m. but within  minutes a second tractor-trailer rollover crash happened at the same exit. No other vehicles were involved and no injuries have been reported in either crash. Traffic is being detoured at exit 14 at Wayne Avenue.
