Gunpoint Robber Gets Prison Time For Smoke Shop Stick-Up In Philly Suburbs The gunman who made off with thousands of dollars from a Bensalem smoke shop last year will spend the next five to 10 years behind bars, a Bucks County judge has ruled.  Gerald Michael Majchrzak, 66, was convicted of robbery, conspiracy, theft, and weapon possession following a two-day trial, said county authorities.  Middletown police said they received an "abandoned" 911 call from the Infinity Smoke Shop at 1236 E.
