DNA Matches 13-Year-Old Drugged, Assaulted In Broad Daylight To Columbia Man: Police
A Columbia man is accused of providing marijuana to a 13-year-old girl before allegedly assaulting her, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice on Thursday, Nov. 14.
Robert Jeffrey Fink Jr., 42, was charged with multiple offenses, including statutory sexual assault, corruption of minors, and unlawful contact with a minor.
The incident reportedly happened when Fink’s girlfriend left his apartment in the 900 block of Plane Street in Columbia, leaving him alone with the 13-year-old girl on Sept. 9, 2023, according to the affidavit.
