All 3 Construction Workers Struck Dead On I-83 In PA ID'd By Coroner All three men who were struck dead while working in a construction zone on Interstate 83 have been identified by the York County Coroner's office on Thursday evening.  The men have been identified as follows, Coroner Pam Gay stated in a release on April 18: Jesse McKenzie, 24 of the 100 block of Village Way, Somerset, who died of "Multiple Blunt Force Trauma." Passenger ID'd After Airplane Crash Into Truck On PA Turnpike (Update) One person has died and another has been seriously hurt following a plane crash into a truck on the Pennsylvania Turnpike near the Capital City Airport, authorities say. Lawrence "Larry" Sager, 74, of Hummlestown died of multiple traumatic injuries from the crash at UPMC Harrisburg at 4:52 p.m. Wednesday, May 31, 2023 and the plane is registered to Kenneth "Ken" Sager of Hummlestown, according to the FAA.
