A general contractor in Bucks County may face prison time for fraud after he was convicted of ripping off nine Philadelphia-area homeowners on renovation projects last week. Joseph Eibell, 48, of Huntingdon Valley, was found guilty in a Bucks County court on Thursday, Oct. 26 following a three-day trial, the District Attorney's Office said. A general contractor in Montgomery County will spend months in jail and pay thousands in restitution after pleading guilty to ripping off several Philadelphia area homeowners, authorities say. Joseph E.
