DA: Hatboro Man Arrested On Felony Charges For Having More Than 4K Photos, Videos Of Child Porn A 59-year-old Hatboro man was arrested on felony charges for possessing more than 4,000 pictures and videos of child pornography including infants and toddlers, authorities said. An investigation into David Winter began on March 19 after the Montgomery County Detective Bureau received a Cybertip from Yahoo related to a suspected child pornography image sent by a user, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
