Philly Man Who Threw Cinder Blocks At Driver Facing New Charges For Armed Robbery Of Pharmacy
A Philadelphia man who allegedly threw cinder blocks at a driver earlier this month is facing new charges for reportedly robbing a Kensington pharmacy, authorities announced.
