PA Dentist Testifies That He Had 'Open Marriage' So He Didn't Need To Kill Wife On Safari A Pennsylvania dentist has been testifying in  murder trial over his alleged killing of his wife while on a hunting safari in order to claim the $4.8 million from her life insurance policy, according to recently court documents. Lawrence Rudolph, 67, the founder of Three Rivers Dental in Pittsburgh, was arrested by the FBI in Mexico and extradited to the US in December for foreign murder and fraud charges in December 2021, according to court documents.
