A 28-year-old New Jersey man remains hospitalized after police say he shot at multiple vehicles before leading a high-speed pursuit into Pennsylvania that ended in a school bus crash back in Phillipsburg, NJ. Brett M. Wyatt Jr., of Phillipsburg, began the terrifying ordeal around 2:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 12, when he fired shots at a parked truck on Uniontown Road in Lopatcong, Warren County Prosecutor James Pfeiffer said. A 23-year-old Philadelphia man arrested in the murder of his grandparents and uncle in New Jersey called 9-1-1 and then told responding officers that he may be a suspect, according to police paperwork obtained by Daily Voice. Early Friday morning, a 21-year-old man got drunk and supposedly began wandering around Lancaster randomly shooting a .9 millimeter handgun, authorities announced that same morning. David Ramos was found "intoxicated and a 9mm handgun was found in his possession," city police state in a release on Dec. 1. Travelers Bring Loaded Guns To PHL Two Days In A Row: TSA
Transportation Security Administration agents stopped area residents from boarding planes with loaded handguns at the Philadelphia International Airport two days in a row this week, officials announced. The first incident involved a Coatesville man on Monday, Nov. 27, TSA said in a release. An X-ray unit at the security checkpoint revealed a 9mm handgun loaded with six bullets in his carry-on bag, according to authorities. Homeowner Kills Thanksgiving Burglar In Philadelphia: Police
A Philadelphia resident shot and killed a burglar on Thanksgiving, police said. The invasion happened on the 6100 block of City Avenue at the Tower Apartments, around 7:20 p.m., police said. A black man in his 20s broke into an apartment, but was struck once in the head by a bullet fired by the homeowner and pronounced dead at 7:10 p.m., police said. A Philadelphia man is facing charges in the terrifying sexual assault of a 13-year-old girl in New Jersey, authorities announced. Aleem King, 35, climbed a ladder up to the girl's open bedroom window on the 1000 block of North Street in Millville, early March 14, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae said. A pair of robbers made their escape from King of Prussia mall after pulling a firearm on mall security officers, said Upper Merion police. It happened on Friday, Nov. 10 around 5:40 pm., the department said in a release. A Lancaster County man "shot and killed his dog inside his residence," on Thursday, police announced on Oct 23. Atlantic City police conducted surveillance that resulted in the arrest of two men and the recovery of a handgun and assorted drugs, authorities said.
