The collision happened in the area of Mcilvaine Road and Lincoln Highway East (Route 30) in Paradise Township at 11:04 a.m., according to Lancaster County-Wide Communications. Susan Lam, of the 2400 Block of Smith Mill Road, Shrewsbury Township died at the scene of the crash at the intersection of Mt.
