Man Fatally Electrocuted Working At Yale Golf Course ID'd As 54-Year-Old Grandfather Police have identified the man who was fatally electrocuted while working at the Yale Golf Course last month as a 54-year-old New Haven grandfather. Luís Alberto Marcatoma was working on a restoration project at the New Haven course on Aug. 21 when a downed power line electrocuted him, Yale Public Safety Chief Duane Lovello has said. It's unclear if the wire fell on him or if he stepped on it by mistake.   The Connecticut Office of the Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death an accident. Lovello said last week the case remains under investigation. Electrocuted Worker, 30, Dies After Falling 3 Stories In Philadelphia Industrial Accident A 30-year-old worker was killed in a Philadelphia industrial accident, authorities said. The unidentified Hispanic man was working at a home on the 2200 block of East Cambria Street when he was electrocuted around 8:20 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 17, city police said. He then fell three stories from a scaffolding. PFD-Medic Unit pronounced the male dead on the scene at 8:26 a.m.

Coroner Called To Electrocution In Lebanon (Developing) A deadly electrocution happened in Lebanon County on Wednesday afternoon, according to the Lebanon County Department of Emergency Services.  The call to the electrocution in the 500 block of Hemlock Lane in Cornwall Borough, Lebanon, came into LCDES at 2 p.m. on May 1, dispatchers explained.  A coroner was called to the scene just before 2:30 p.m. Additional information was not immediately available.  Check back here for updates.

Man Electrocuted After Falling Onto SEPTA Tracks, Officials Say One man has died after falling onto train tracks in Center Philadelphia and being electrocuted early Monday morning, Feb. 26, SEPTA told Daily Voice.  It happened at City Hall Station on the Broad Street Line around 2:30 a.m., a spokesperson said. The victim was electrocuted after touching the third rail, according to officials.  His name was not reported and the matter remains under investigation.
