An Essex County assistant prosecutor celebrating her 30th birthday was arrested for DWI after Edgewater police found her passed out outside her car in a parking lot in March, according to authorities and newly-released bodycam footage. A 21-year-old motorcyclist killed last month by a DWI driver from Pennsylvania died doing what he loved, according to his obituary. Jake Schreck, of Allentown (Monmouth County) was killed when he was apparently struck by 47-year-old Ketan Kabaria, of Yardley, PA, around 5:50 p.m. on Friday, March 31 near Route 539 (Old York Road) and Montgomery Way in Robbinsville, police said.
