Inmate Escapes Prison Work Release At Pennsylvania Walmart: Sheriff A 46-year-old inmate escaped from the Cumberland County Prison during work release, the sheriff's office announced on Monday, Aug. 19.  William Kenneth Rosner, most recently of Lemoyne but previously of Philadelphia, Allentown, Northampton, and Harrisburg — is wanted on a felony escape charge after walking away from the Cumberland County Prison Work Release Center on Mondy morning, Aug. 19, the sheriff explained, and as detailed in court records.  His last known location was the Walmart in Carlisle, according to the sheriff's office.  Rosner was serving time for a misdemeano…

Police: Bucks Driver Facing Charges After Striking Pedestrian In Perkasie A Bucks County driver is facing charges after she allegedly struck a pedestrian in Perkasie last summer, authorities said. Rebecca Carper, 48, was found to have been driving a car with a suspended license when she struck a pedestrian on South 9th Street on July 31, 2020, according to Perkasie police.
