Racing Bucks Driver, 19, Charged In Fatal Philly Crash Was Arrested Last Fall At Car Show
A 19-year-old Bucks County driver has been charged in a Philadelphia crash that killed a pedestrian, authorities said — even more troubling, he was arrested last October.
Joseph Vannauker, of Levittown, is facing charges of homicide by vehicle, murder, and reckless driving, for the 12:05 a.m. crash on Castor and Aramingo Tuesday, Aug. 22, Philadelphia police said.
Last October, Vannauker was arrested for screaming profanities at police using a bullhorn during and inciting crowds during a car show that caused chaos in Philadelphia streets, Fox29 reports.

Police are seeking the public’s help locating a Pennsylvania man with a history of assault who has been charged with felony rape and other offenses.
A nationwide extraditable warrant has been issued for Dominick Oliveira, of Bethlehem Township, local police said Wednesday.
Oliveira, 47, faces felony charges of involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, unlawful contact with a minor, sexual assault, and other offenses, police said.
Oliveira is known to make frequent visits to Bethlehem and Allentown, police said.

A North Carolina woman was indicted in the 2014 murder of her Maryland landlord, authorities announced Thursday.
Detectives believe Prakash Rampatsingh, 50, of Hanover (York County), Pennsylvania went to a property he owned in Baltimore that Charity Sophia Goodwin, 38, was renting on or about June 24, 2014, Maryland State Police said.
