5 People In Serious Condition After Crash On US 422, Police Say (Update) Five people are in the hospital and US 422/Benjamin Franklin Highway/West Chocolate Avenue was partially closed in Hershey due to a multi-vehicle crash, authorities announced on Monday morning.  The crash closed the highway's westbound lanes on the roadway between University Drive and Sipe Avenue around 9 a.m. on Aug. 21, according to PennDOT.
