A Philadelphia woman was charged with stabbing three students – one fatally – after a brawl broke out inside a campus dorm on Wednesday, Feb. 16, authorities in Chester County said.
Nydira Smith, 39, is accused of killing Jawine Evans, 21, and injuring Eric Dickerson, 22, and Clifton Walker, 22, on the campus in Lower Oxford, according to a criminal complaint provided by the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

Ivan Nunez-Hurtado, of Coatesville, was charged with theft of a motor vehicle, receiving stolen property, conspiracy, and related offenses, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

Jonathan Malave, 36, of Reading, pled guilty to third-degree murder, robbery, and conspiracy to commit robbery for his role in the killing of 17-year-old David Doyle III in Pottstown, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

Officers responding to a domestic disturbance on Pierce Lane in Kennett Township on April 24, 2020, found the woman, who said her husband, Brian Thuer, "strangled her, then pushed her to the ground during an argument," according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.

Officers on May 11, 2018, were dispatched to the Little Chef restaurant on Strode Avenue on a report of a shooting, according to the Chester County District Attorney's Office.
