Alexa Peters Charged For Causing Disturbance In Morgantown A drunk woman caused a disturbance at a Berks County restaurant as she jumped barefoot onto a table while evading police, according to authorities. Alexa Peters, 29, of Honey Brook, was charged after she refused commands to stop from police during a disturbance in Morgantown on Sunday, Oct. 6, the Caernarvon Township Police Department said. Police were initially called to Lowes, located at 340 Crossings Boulevard, for a woman causing a disturbance in the area, according to police.
