Repeat Ephrata Turkey Hill Robber Learns His Fate: DA
An Ephrata man who was found guilty of robbing two Turkey Hills— the second time shooting a "clerk in the torso three times with a pellet gun," has been sentenced, the Lancaster District Attorney's Office announced on Friday, Sept. 29. Colby Quinn Mummaw, 28, of the 100 block of S. Maple Street, was convicted by a jury for one count of robbery for each incident following a three-day trial before Lancaster County Judge Thomas Sponaugle in June 2023, the DA detailed in a release.
