A father was killed, his 5-month-old baby suffered a brain injury, and the child’s mother was airlifted after a driver high on marijuana slammed into their car at 95 mph in Norristown, authorities announced on Friday, June 27.
Allan Tariq Cole, 22, of Norristown, was arrested on Homicide by Vehicle and DUI-related charges in the June 1 crash that claimed the life of 29-year-old Mahilamandiram Chiku, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin Steele.

A Pennsylvania dad is facing numerous charges after he allegedly threw his 4-week-old son down a flight of stairs and repeatedly hit his head against the wall over the course of a month.
