A 48-year-old woman died at the scene of a two-vehicle crash that sent the vehicles into fields on opposite sides of the road, authorities explained on Monday, July 1. A juvenile who led police on a chase in a stolen car has been charged, Reading Police announced on Monday, June 24. Officers spotted the vehicle near North 3rd and Washington streets around 1:30 a.m. When they tried to pull it over, the 15-year-old driver fled into Muhlenberg Township where he lost control and crashed, according to officials. A 21-year-old man was killed in a four-vehicle crash on Route 30 on June 17, the Pennsylvania State Police announced in a release the following Monday. Head-On Crash Kills Two Drivers In North Philadelphia: Police
Two men have died after a car crash in Philadelphia early Tuesday morning, June 25, city police say. Authorities said it happened around 1:40 a.m. A southbound sedan on North Broad Street collided head-on with a northbound Toyota Rav 4 near West Hunting Park Avenue, according to PPD. Pedestrian Dies After Berks County Crash: Coroner
A pedestrian died from her injuries after being struck by a car in Hamburg, officials say. Alicia Barlip, 44, was hit near South Fourth Street and Pine Street on June 4, said the Lehigh County Coroner's Office. She was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital-Bethlehem where she died from blunt force trauma on Thursday, June 13, officials said. Her death was ruled accidental. A man was robbed of $35,000 early Thursday morning, June 13, city police say. The victim, a store owner, was driving near Oregon Avenue and 19th Street when a blue Chevrolet pickup truck "tapped the rear of his car," authorities said. City police are looking for the driver in a deadly Philadelphia hit-and-run. Authorities said the car hit a pedestrian on the 1800 block of East Torresdale Avenue just before midnight on May 29.
