Disgraced comedian and Philadelphia native Bill Cosby hinted he may return to the stage next year in an interview on an Ohio radio station. Bill Cosby's lawyer has asked the US Supreme Court in a 15-page letter on Monday not to reopen the criminal sexual assault case against him following a bid to do so, according to a report by the Associated Press. A Pennsylvania appeals court last June overturned the 84-year-old comedian's conviction, releasing him from prison after serving a three-year sentence. Bill Cosby is accused of drugging and raping a woman at an Atlantic City hotel in 1990, according to a lawsuit filed Thursday morning. Lili Bernard, who met Cosby on the set of “The Cosby Show," is accusing him of drugging and raping her in Atlantic City hotel on Aug. 1990, according to a lawsuit filed in New Jersey federal court Thursday. Bill Cosby's request for parole has been denied. Former actor and comedian Bill Cosby has been denied parole by the Pennsylvania Parole Board. Cosby, 83, is serving a 3 to 10 year prison sentence for his sexual assault charges in 2018. He met with the parole board over a video conference on May 7, according to a board spokesperson.
