Bubble Tea Shop To Launch Berkshire Mall Location With Grand Opening Sale A bubble tea and Taiwanese cafe based in Northampton County is coming to Berks, and will celebrate its grand opening this week, owners say.  Hocaa Bubble Tea will launch its Berkshire Mall kiosk with a buy-one, get-one-half-off sale on its 10 most popular drinks, the chain said on Facebook.
