A 39-year-old man has been arrested in part of an ongoing investigation of the Berks County District Attorney's Drug Task Force, authorities said.
Fidel Yamil Ruiz, of Temple, was arrested for possessing and dealing methamphetamine and fentanyl at his home on 12th Avenue on Friday, Oct. 4, the Berks County District Attorney's Office announced.
He was transported to the Berks County Central Processing Center for arraignment.

Alleged Drug Dealer Found With Heroin, Fentanyl, More During Raid in Reading, Authorities Say
A suspected drug dealer was arrested Friday on accusations he trafficked heroin, fentanyl, and other drugs in Reading, authorities said.
Members of the Berks County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force initiated an investigation in the 200 block of North 4th Street in August 2021, according to Chief County Detective Michael Gombar.
As the investigation continued, detectives learned that Anthony Pagan, 27, allegedly made heroin, fentanyl, and cocaine deals with customers on North 4th Street, Gombar said.

Cocaine, Heroin, Fentanyl Seized From Reading Man In Drug Raid, Authorities Say
Several packets of cocaine, heroin, and fentanyl were seized in the arrest of a Reading man for his alleged role in "drug activity," authorities said.
Juan Alberto Alicea-Burgos, 44, in July was identified by the Berks County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force as a known drug dealer to Reading residents, officials said.
He was arrested by Berks County Detectives on August 6 at his home in the 200 block of Hudson Street. A search warrant turned up $8,000 worth of drugs and more, authorities said.

Two Berks County Men Arrested For Suspected Cocaine Trafficking In Reading
Two Berks County men were arrested on suspicions they were tied to cocaine trafficking in Reading, authorities said.
In April 2021, the Berks County District Attorney’s Drug Task Force initiated an investigation in the 200 block of 6th Street, according to Chief County Detective Michael Gombar.
Detectives allege that Kevin L. Stuckey, 40, made cocaine transactions with customers in and around the 900 block of N. 5th Street, where he also lives, authorities said.
