Illegal Stable Catches Fire Killing Horses, 12 In Critical Condition: Pspca A devastating fire tore through a property in Southwest Philadelphia, killing two horses and leaving 12 others in need of emergency rescue, Pennsylvania SPCA announced on Thursday, Feb. 20. Flames erupted from the 5800 block of Lindbergh Boulevard early Monday, prompting the PSPCA’s Animal Law Enforcement team to respond.
