Actress and Montgomery County native Kat Brunner will appear in 6ABC's Dunkin' Thanksgiving Day Parade in Philadelphia, the network reports. Philly High Schooler Arrested After Gun Found In Locker: Report
A Philadelphia high school student was detained after police found a firearm in their locker, according to a report by 6ABC. Authorities were searching a locker for drugs at Mastery Hardy Williams Charter School on Warrington Avenue in Kingsessing just after 9:30 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 14 when they spotted the gun, the outlet wrote. Philly High School Stabbing Hospitalizes 1 Adult: Report
One adult was hospitalized after being stabbed outside a north Philadelphia high school on Thursday, Nov. 10, according to a report by 6ABC. The extent of their injuries was not immediately clear. A knife-wielding woman was threatening to stab people at 151 W. Luzerne Street, which is the address for Edison High School in the city's Hunting Park neighborhood, the outlet wrote. Philly Rapper Tierra Whack Brought Loaded Gun To Airport: Reports
Rapper and Philadelphia native Tierra Whack was cited for disorderly conduct after bringing a loaded gun into the city's airport, according to a report by 6ABC. Law enforcement sources told TMZ the weapon was discovered by X-ray booths in the security line. Whack is licensed to carry a firearm in Pennsylvania, and police said they believe she made an "honest mistake" by bringing the weapon to the airport, the outlet wrote. A fire on Friday, Sept. 30 claimed the life of a resident and multiple pets in Upper Southampton Township, authorities said.
