A shots fired incident involving a gun with an "obliterated serial number" has led teens to be charged with felonies, Pennsylvania State Police announced on Monday, July 15.
Roman Cole and Colby Clark both 18 of Brogue, PA, and a 17-year-old boy were taken into custody following "a shots fired incident in the area of Lock 12, at the intersection of Holtwood Road and River Road, Lower Chanceford Township, York County," around 7:58 p.m. on Saturday, July 13, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper James Grothey stated in a release.

A gunshot victim drove seven blocks to safety after coming under fire in North Philadelphia on Wednesday night, July 10, city police say.
The victim, an 18-year-old man, was outside his car on the 800 block of West Erie Avenue when a black sedan pulled up around 10:45 p.m., PPD said.
A suspect got out of the vehicle and opened fire, striking the victim multiple times in the chest, according to officials. The shooter fled the scene and teen got back in his car, driving east until he came across police officers, authorities said.

Mugshot Released Of Accused Bensalem Apartment Complex Killer
An argument outside of a Bensalem apartment complex ended in a murder, and police have released the suspect's name, age, and mugshot.
Abel Mendoza-Ramirez, 31, who lives in the Bucks Meadows Apartments on Knights Road, had been arguing with the victim, Jose Miguel Tenorio-Ruiz, 40, around 5:45 p.m. Saturday, July 6 near the back parking lot when he went to his car, got a gun, and shot him dead, Bensalem police said.
Responding officers found Tenorio-Ruiz lying near the parking lot with a gunshot wound to the torso, and began life-saving measures until EMS arrived.
