A lovers' spat led police in Pennsylvania to a Delaware mom wanted as a fugitive from justice in New Jersey, authorities said Wednesday, Nov. 27.
Officers took Tiffany Casapulla, 31, of New Castle, DE, into custody after responding to a domestic incident on Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2024, at approximately 5:18 p.m. on the 1100 block of Sterling Avenue in Linwood, PA, Lower Chichester police said.
