Infant Eats THC Gummies, Pennsylvania Dad Charged: Police
A 21-year-old Southampton dad has been charged with child endangerment after allegedly leaving THC candies within reach of his 1-year-old son who ingested them, according to court documents obtained by Daily Voice. Davan Philip Thomas was charged by Upper Southampton police on Sept. 4 after an investigation found that he "negligently allowed a juvenile in his care to ingest a dangerous substance," police said on Wednesday, Sept. 11.
