Timothy W. Watkinson, 29, was charged with misdemeanor fleeing or attempting to elude police, summary reckless driving, and summary careless driving, police said. Man ID'd After Fatal Shot By Police Following PA Domestic Incident Philadelphia police have identified the armed man officers shot dead following a domestic disturbance that escalated into a gunfire exchange and vehicle pursuit through Southwest Philadelphia, authorities announced on Tuesday, Nov. 12. Jonathan Corbin, 47, of Philadelphia, has been identified as the man shot dead by police, according to an updated release.   The incident began around 6:12 p.m. on Sunday evening, Nov. 10, PPD explained.
