Kipona Fireworks, Drone Show Canceled In Harrisburg: Officials Independence Day violence continues to haunt Harrisburg, leading to the cancelation of the drone and firework show at Kipona, Mayor Wanda Williams announced on Wednesday, July 24.  The cancelation is due to "serious incidents during the fireworks displays at two of the last three July 4th shows," Mayor Williams said.
