Independence Day violence continues to haunt Harrisburg, leading to the cancelation of the drone and firework show at Kipona, Mayor Wanda Williams announced on Wednesday, July 24. Three Arrested Amid Fireworks Show In Harrisburg: Officials
Three people were taken into custody and the fireworks show was called off during July 4 celebrations in Harrisburg, city officials said in a release. On three separate occasions during the show at Riverfront Park, police said they "noticed what they believed were weapons being carried in the crowd of people," said Mayor Wanda R.D.
