Woman Dies Days After Route 222 Crash: Lehigh County Coroner
A woman has died days after a crash in Lehigh County, authorities announced.
Gale Ann Lombardi, 73, of Allentown, died from injuries sustained in a two-vehicle collision, the Lehigh County Coroner’s Office said.
The crash happened on Route 222 northbound at Kressler Road in Lower Macungie Township around 8:14 p.m. on Monday, April 20, according to the release.
Lombardi was driving one of the vehicles involved in the crash, officials said. She was taken to Lehigh Valley Hospital–Cedar Crest, where she was pronounced dead at 6:42 p.m. on Friday, April 24.
