A 71-year-old driver faces multiple charges, including assault by auto and driving under the influence, following a rollover crash that left a victim critically injured in Bergen County, court records show.
Yun S. Kang was charged in connection with the crash at Queen Anne Road and Maple Street in Bogota on Friday night, Oct. 30, according to New Jersey municipal court records.
