Nicole Estella Rowland, also known as Nikki, was last seen at her home in Millville on Monday, Feb. 16, at approximately 1:15 p.m., according to the Millville Police Department. Rowland is 5'6" and weighs approximately 180 lbs., police said. Her date of birth is April 16, 1988. She has a distinctive rose and stars tattoo on her right forearm, authorities said. Popular Numbing Cream Recalled: Here's Why Thousands of tattoo numbing cream containers are being recalled because their packaging fails to meet child-safety standards. Mad Rabbit is recalling about 28,000 of its "RELIEVE" Lidocaine Numbing Cream packages, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said on Thursday, Sept. 25. The cream contains lidocaine, which must be sold in child-resistant packaging under federal law.  The current containers are not child-resistant, creating a risk of serious injury or death if swallowed by young children.
