PA Catalytic Converter Theft Ring Shut Down, DA Says An organized catalytic converter theft ring operating in multiple Pennsylvania counties has been busted up with the arrest of five men, authorities said. The ring operated in Montgomery, Delaware, Bucks, Chester and Philadelphia counties, according to Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele and Delaware County District Attorney Jack Stollsteimer.
