Construction Worker Killed Repairing Water Main Leak In Central PA; GoFundMe Started A 23-year-old construction worker was killed while repairing a water main leak in Lancaster City, the Lancaster County Coroner’s Office announced on Thursday, Feb. 12. The incident happened on the 1300 block of Arcadia Road on Tuesday, Feb. 11, when excavating equipment was being used to repair the leak, according to a media alert. Coroner investigators responded and found an adult male employee at the scene who was pronounced deceased, the release states.
