Brandon E. Shearer, 33, is accused of hitting John Randall Zimmerman, 72, in the 2200 block of Lincoln Highway East in East Lampeter Township just before 4:10 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 29, 2024, according to East Lampeter Township police.
