A child was found alone in a running, unlocked vehicle while her father drank inside a bar in Cumberland County, police announced Tuesday, March 31.
Arsenio Morales, 33, of Carlisle, was charged following the incident at a bar parking lot on the 1200 block of Harrisburg Pike in Middlesex Township, according to police.
Officers were called to the location on Sunday, March 29, to check on a vehicle linked to a traffic complaint on Interstate 81, authorities said.
