Four men were arrested after a Darby Borough raid uncovered suspected narcotics, counterfeit money, and drug packaging materials, prosecutors announced in Delaware County on Wednesday, Sept. 24.
The search warrant was served at 114 Summit Street by the Delaware County Narcotics Task Force with Darby Borough Police and the Region 1 DelCo ERT team, the DA’s office said. Investigators said the case followed controlled purchases by confidential informants tied to complaints about drug sales around the Wishing Well Bar, according to the DA’s release.

A TikTok video filmed inside a stolen Chevrolet Cruze helped bust a violent carjacking crew accused of terrorizing victims across Philadelphia, Norristown, and Whitemarsh, officials said.
The video, posted by 19-year-old Anthony Lamont Bell, was the first clue in an investigation that led to the arrests of eight people, including a 17-year-old, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R. Steele announced Friday, April 4.

Two Men Plead Guilty In Deadly Shooting Of Philadelphia Police Sgt. James O’Connor
Two men pleaded guilty Wednesday to murder and racketeering charges in the March 2020 shooting death of Philadelphia Police Sgt. James O’Connor IV in Frankford, federal authorities announced.
Hassan Elliott, 26, and Khalif Sears, 23, admitted their roles in the death of Sgt. O’Connor during a federal court hearing on Jan. 15, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania said.
