2-Alarm Fire Guts PA Catholic School (Videos) A two-alarm fire destroyed a Catholic school in Springfield Township on Monday, Oct. 7, according to authorities. Multiple fire departments responded to the report of a fire on the second floor of Saint Francis of Assisi Parish School, located at 112 Saxer Avenue, the Springfield Fire Company said on its Facebook page.
