Tyler Anthony Stewart, 31, of the 1300 block of Calvert Lane, entered his plea before Lancaster County Judge Dennis Reinaker on Friday, Nov. 17, admitting to three felonies — Aggravated Assault by Vehicle While DUI, Accidents Involving Death or Injury While Not Licensed, and Aggravated Assault by Vehicle — along with six related misdemeanor and summary offenses.

A 39-year-old truck driver from Philadelphia was arrested and charged with hitting a car and fleeing the scene in Lopatcong, authorities announced Sunday, July 20.
On Thursday, June 12, at 4:43 p.m., a 2023 white Cascadia Freightliner struck with Illinois plates ran a red light and struck a 2016 white Jeep Compass traveling northbound through a green light, Lopatcong Township police said.
