A man is jailed after police said he fired multiple shots at his mother’s boyfriend’s truck in Pennsylvania, authorities announced on Wednesday, May 7.
Jayson Jr. Montalvo, 22, of Waynesboro, was charged with criminal attempt homicide, aggravated assault, recklessly endangering another person, and propulsion of missiles into an occupied vehicle or roadway following the shooting on West Fourth Street around 10:18 p.m. on Saturday, May 3, according to Waynesboro Police.

A teenager accused in a deadly shooting outside of a restaurant is back in Connecticut after being captured in Pennsylvania following a two-year investigation and manhunt, authorities said.
Desire Aitken, 19, of Waterbury, was arrested in Brownsville, Pennsylvania, on April 10, police said. She was extradited to Waterbury last week, where officers served her arrest warrant.
The case stems from a Jan. 30, 2024, killing near the former Bertie's West Indian & American Restaurant on North Main Street, Waterbury.

Dajzhon Williams-Toney, 24, of Coatesville, will face trial in the Court of Common Pleas after Judge Mary Sponaugle held all charges for court following a preliminary hearing on Monday, March 17, according to the Lancaster County District Attorney’s Office.

Logan Thomas Ecker, 37, of Middletown, was arrested after officers responded to the 1900 block of Oberlin Road in Middletown on Sunday, Feb. 15, according to Lower Swatara Township Police.
Ecker was charged with Felony Endangering the Welfare of Children and Simple Assault, police said.

A teenage suspect is accused of pointing a gun at a store employee and threatening to kill him after demanding tobacco products at a Chambersburg business, police announced on Friday, Jan. 2.

Isabella Mannino, 22, of Danville, was arrested after troopers from the Chambersburg barracks responded to a disturbance in Southampton Township, according to PSP Chambersburg.
