A Delaware man wanted in a violent sexual assault case was captured in Wilmington after a multi-agency manhunt, Parkesburg Borough Police announced on Wednesday, May 7.
Richard Javier Vasquez-Lopez, 23, was arrested shortly after 8 a.m. on Tuesday, May 6, in a Wilmington parking lot after investigators tracked him down with the help of county, state, and federal law enforcement partners, according to Parkesburg Borough Police.

Robin McClain McNamara, 51, of Doylestown, was sentenced in Bucks County Court to 364 days to 728 days in the Bucks County Correctional Facility, followed by three years of probation, Judge Charissa J. Liller ordered on Wednesday, April 16.
