Car Crash In New Canaan A Connecticut 17-year-old boy and a 53-year-old woman were rushed to the hospital following a crash in Fairfield County, authorities said. Body-Cam Video Shows Suspect Fired First In New Haven Officer-Involved Fatal Shooting: Report The Connecticut Office of Inspector General released its preliminary findings in a fatal officer-involved shooting last week and found that the suspect fired at police first.  Jebrell Conley, 36, was shot and killed on Thursday, Sept. 19, at a West Haven car wash on Boston Road.  The New Haven Police Department's Violent Crime Task Force went to arrest Conley around 5 p.m. on an outstanding robbery warrant.
